From same Committee granting petition of Frederich Prosch for a crossing on 4th and Virginia Streets and also recommending that a crossing be put in at Pike Street over said 4th Street. 363 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE before they had time to complete their investigation or make their report, the case was carried before the Courts. Reports received & ordered filed. From same Committee granting petition of Guy C Phinney for remission of taxes on Phinney's Second Addition. Adopted.
