Adopted. From Same Committee granting petition of Alfred Snyder for crossing on 7th Street north side of Seneca Street. Adopted. From same Committee granting petition of F E Sander and others for opening and planking alley in Block 10 Maynard's Plat provided the expense for doing said planking be borne by the property owners on said alley, Adopted.
