Dear Madam
As yet no order has been received for the care of Lot #1658. The lot has for several years past been taken care of by the Corp.n and the Monument cover removed in the spring, stored through the summer and put on before the winter began at an annual expense of five dollars for care and three for plants.
The cover has been removed this spring by, us & stored and although I know of no reason why the work done has been unsatisfactory, the lot has been given to other Gardeners, I learn, to take care of. I hope you will reconsider this and still have the Corporation do the work as heretofore. Should you prefer to have the lot, taken care of by, other parties, you will of course arrange with them to take charge of your monument cover, or I can do that part, if you prefer but shall in such can of course make a seperate charge for it.
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
