We would also recom''mend that a similar course be pursued with South ''Second Street we would recommend that the ''request of the petitioner s be granted and that the work ''be done under the supervision of the Committee on Harbor ''and wharves and we further recommend that the City Atty '' be instructed to submit the proper ordinances in ac''cordance herewith."
