Adopted From the same Committee rejecting petition of E D Briscoe & others for grading Sixth Street from Spring Street to Marion Street as the petition has not been signed by a majority of the property owners, and your committee is that a petition will be presented to the Council for the grading of said Sixth Street from Depot Street to Spring Street. Adopted From the same Committee rejecting petition of A A Bell & others for opening Bell Street from Seventh Street to Depot Street as there does not appear to be any urgent necessity for opening said street at the time.
