Councilman Durie gives notice that he will introduce an ordinance at the next regular meeting for the extension of the fire limits. Ordered that a warrant be drawn by the City Clerk on the City Fund in favor of the Territorial Treasurer for the sum of $5080.00 the same being 10% of the amount paid into the Treasury for Liquor Licenses since Apr 2/88 Ordinances 986 An Ordinance is submitted by Councilman Durie entitled "An Ordinance to regulate fast driving or riding of animals at the intersection of Mill, James, Front and Commercial Streets in the City of Seattle" which is passed by the following vote: In favor of the same Durie, Green, McCombs, Niesz & Reitze Against the same, none. 986 An Ordinance by the City CLerk entitled "A Special Ordinance appropriating money to pay audited bills" which is passed by the following vote: In favor of the same Durie, Green, McCombs, Niesz & Reitze Against the same, none.
