The City Attorney submits a memorial of the Common Council of the City of Seattle praying that the Government of the United States admit the Territory of Washington to the sisterhood of states. It is ordered that the Clerk forward one copy each to the Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives of the United States at Washington DC.
