Title of George W. Brimmer to the Sweet Auburn Estate.

Moses Stone owned the estate more than twenty years before his death prior to 1803.

His Estate was settled by Aaron Learned as Adm^r. Admⁿ Bond dated Sept. 6. 1803

Moses Stone's farm at Sweet Auburn was divided as follows: 3 lots were set off to the Widow as dower, and the residue assigned to two of his sons, Moses & Cornelius, they paying the other heirs (9 in all) $517.33^c each. - Receipts of the heirs, on file in the Probate office, Middlesex.

Moses Stone to Cornelius Stone.

A quitclaim of all his "right, interest and estate" in the farm at Sweet Auburn - "and it is the intention to release the 2/3 ds of said farm, assigned to me and said Cornelius by the Judge of Probate."

Cornelius Stone to Jane, Wife of Asaph Stone. Conveys 150 acres, bounded S^y & E^y on Charles River, then on a boundary line between Cambridge & Watertown, N^y on Elb. Gerry, Thos Lee & Jonas Wyeth, W^y on David Stone, Joshua Coolidge, and Nath^l Stone (excepting the dower assigned to the widow of the late Moses Stone). being all the estate assigned to Moses & Cornelius Stone.

Gerry to land of Stone. E^y on Stone to a gate, SE^y on Stone to Charles River, NE^y as the River runs & bounded by low water mark to Richardson's Marsh, then NW^y. on said Marsh to a ditch near the Upland, then N^y as the Upland runs in a crooked line as the ditches and fences originally stood, bounded on Marsh of sundry persons till it comes to a creek, then on land of heirs of Seth Hastings as the fence has originally stood, till it comes to the road leading from Oliver's Wharf to Watertown then on said road to the first mentioned bounds.
