Sutherland, as President of the Chi Psi Lodge Association of the Leland Stanford Jr. Univ. and J. P. Bernard as Secretary of the said Association personally known to me to be the President and Secretary respectively of the said Association and of the Corporation that executed the within instrument, and acknowledge that said Corporation executed the same, freely and voluntarily and for t and purposes therein mentioned.
