To The Board of Public Works & Common Council, City of Seattle:

We, the undersigned residents and property holders on and in the vicinity of Dyer Avenue in the City of Seattle, King County, State of Washington would respectfully petition your body for the extension of the six inch water main from the corner of Oak Street and Dyer Avenue north on said Dyer Avenue to the south line of Block G in East Park Addition to the City of Seattle, and establishment of fire plugs along said extension.

To the Honorable Board of Public Works, of the City of Seattle Gentlemen: - We the undersigned residents of the City of Seattle living East of Rainier Street and South of Jackson Street, hereby petition that the City extend its Water Pipe (now laid on Baker St,as far as Florence St,) down Florence Street, East One block to Park Ave, thence One block South to Prince Street.

We now depend on Water on Two Springs one of which is situated about 100 feet from Rainier Street and just below the Taylor Mill Horse Stables. The other Spring is situated less than 100 feet from the Cesspool of Mr. Gilman and Mr. Carr.

To the Board of Public Works of the city of Seattle, Wash. Gentlemen- Your petitioners respectfully represent that they reside on Fountain Str., between Waterton and Elaine Strs. and are desirous of having their buildings connected with the city water pipes. A two-inch pipe could be run from Waterton Str. along Fountain Str. to Elaine, one block, or about 360 ft., or if the city prefers 120 ft less could be sufficent to make all connections with the buildings of petitioners. I would recommend the granting of this petition. It will cost for material labor etc. pipe to be 2" B.P, $47.00
