The annual meeting of the shareholders of the Womens Medical College was held in the College Buildings pursuant to adjournment on 28 April /92 at 4 P.M.
Present Messrs Rogers, Pense, Horsey, Drs Dupuis & Knight & Miss Gildersleeve.
The minutes of last annual meeting were read & approved. The Annual Financial Statement was read showing a balance of $126.00 to 30 June 1891.
The balance on hand for 1892 to date was $636.00 with interest of 288.00 & Janitors salary 75.00 list of running expenses yet to be paid to date making about $570.00 due in all to be paid to date.
The Election of Trustees was then proceeded with & the following were elected Messrs Geo A Kirkpatrick, RM Horsey, JB Carruthers, Jas Swift, Principal Grant, Edwin Chown, RV Rogers, EJB Pense, AP Knight, Dr JK Trout, Mrs HA Calvin, Mrs Dickson, Mrs BM Folger, Mrs J Hendry, & Miss Gildersleeve. The meeting then adjourned.

A Special Meeting of the Trustees of Women's Medical College was held in the College on May 24th 1892 at 4 o'clock afternoon
Present: Messrs Rogers, Pense, Knight, Horsey, Miss Gildersleeve and Mrs Folger
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Messrs Horsey and Pense were appointed a committee to examine the basement floor, and if they deem it necessary, order a new floor to be put in.
Dr KN Fenwick having tendered his resignation it was resolved that appointments to vacancies on the staff be left in the hands of the committee for issuing the Calendar, and that Miss Gildersleeve and Mrs Folger be a committee to wait upon Dr KN Fenwick and ascerrtain whether or not he will reconsider his resignation.
The Meeting thus adjourned.

A Meeting of the Trustees of Womens Medical College was held in the College 28th September 1892 at 4 o'clock afternoon.
Present Messrs RV Rogers, Pense, E Chown, AM Horsey and Miss Gildersleeve.
A Committee consisting of Messrs Pense and Rogers to arrange for filling the Staff vacancies in the College caused by the death of Dr Henderson & the necessary changes and make appointments.
The Chairman reported womens auxiliary of the Church of England did not see their way to Purchase a Scholarship of $1000 dollars
The Treasurer was ordered to pay Accounts amounting to $221.52
Miss Gildersleeve and Mrs Folger to be a Committee to arrange for an entertainment at some of opening of lectures
That Miss Gildersleeve & Messrs Rogers & Pense be a Committee with power to act as to Caretaker
Mr Pense reported that no repairs of Cellar were pressing

The tenth Annual Meeting of the shareholders of the Womens Medical College was held in the College Building on Thursday the 15th of December 1892 at the College Building Hanson Street, at 4 oclock afternoon
Present Messrs Pense, Horsey, Chown , Dupuis & Mrs Folger & Miss Gildersleeve
The minutes of last anniual meeting were read approved and signed.
Moved by Mr Chown & seconded by Mr Horsey that this Annual Meeting be adjourned till 29th December for Election of Trustees, & that those present form themselves into a Committee to consider ways & means and the future of the College and to report at the adjourned meeting & that meanwhile the staff of Professors be paid for last years services.
The meeting adjourned.
The adjourned annual meeting of the stockholders of the W.M. College was held this day Jany 1893 at 4 am in the College building.
