In the recent protest of the club to the Western Section of the C. S. Sect. C. S. A., has replied our protest in the papers in an attacking and humiliating tone toward our club, which was intolerable. In order to answer his article, so as to vindicate the club's honor, it will cost the club $10.25 to have our reply printed. It was moved and seconded that we should our reply and the cost of $10.25 to be paid from the club treasury. The matter was voted upon and passed by a majority.

Mr. W. J. Chang presented his resignation as treasurer. A discussion followed and finally accepted by a majority vote. No one was elected to take his place.
