Report from Street Committee on propositionof Seattle Cable Road & Water Co recommending that the same be accepted and a franchise granted the company for 25 years and City Attorney directed to draw an ordinance granting such franchise. Adopted. Report from Street Committee granting the petitionof Thos Burke and others to grade Madison Street fromthe end of the present grade to the City limits and build a sidewalk thereon and recommending that a new grade be established as provided by an ordinance herewith submitted. Adopted
