To the Hon Mayor And City Council

We your petitioners would respectfully represent that the building or Shed on Main Street at the foot of the street Rail Road is unoccupied is an obstacle to travel on the street & a nuisance and would earnestly petition for its removal. And your petitioners would further respectfully represent that the charter for the street Rail Road repairs the planking between the rails. That the present condition is such that it is a hindrance to travel almost impossible for loaded teams to cross said Rail Road & ask that the company be compelled to plank or pave such Road in conformaty to the charter -------Wm Clark D McDaniel J E.
