Gentlemen, Your petitioners owners of property along and abutting upon Farm Street between Depot Street and James Street, respecfully petition your Honorable body to authorise the grading of said Farm Street of uniform width of sixty-six feet, placing of eight feet sidewalks and the placing of surface drains on both sides of said Farm Street between said Depot and James Streets.
