Gentlemen
The undersigned property owners desire to call your attention to the dangerous condition of the bridge leading from the Grant Street Bridge to 10 + B Street in Judkins addition The Bridge has been built about 10 years ago and is now in danger of collapse. This bridge is the only outlet for a almost a mile of all the residents on the Hill both north + south and should be speedily replaced by a new and safe bridge.
