The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An ordinance extending the time for collection of assessments under Ordinance No 572", After due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: Clancy, Frye, Harrington, Northrup, Snyder, Sox,Yesler, Latimer & Rinehart. Against adoption none. Miscellaneous And now the Street Comtee returns the petition of the Seattle Lumber & Comcial Co for planking foor of Madison Street, together with their report recommending that the same be denied & recommending further that said petitioners be authorized to make such improvements at their own expense.
