Granted and City Surveyor directed to more definitely mark said boundry Petitionof Ed Clark et al for removal of shed from foot of Main St at end of street railway and praying that the Street Railway Co be required to plank and repair their track in compliance with the terms of the ordinance. Granted and Street Commissioner ordered to require the said repairs and planking to be done. Remonstrance of J W VanBrocklin et al against the construction of elevated sidewalk on Mill St between 4th & 5th Sts. was read and on motion the Street Comittee requested to examine into and report uopn the matter of the Mill Street sidewalk at the next regular meeting.
