Gentlemen: We the undersigned citizens of Lakeview, Baker, and other streets along the route from Jackson St to Taylor's Mill on the shore of Lake Washington, being subjected to great inconvenience on account of having no lights at night over said route petition your honorable bodies to have sixteen candle power electric lights placed on the following named corners, one on the South East corner of Lakeview & King sts, one on South West corner Lakeview & King sts, one S.W. corner Lakeview & Weller sts, one on S.W. corner of Weller & Baker sts, one of S.W. corner Florence and Baker sts, one S.W. cor Florence st & Park Ave, one S.W. corner Duke st & Washington Ave & one ]]S.W. corner Duke st. & Lake Ave]]
