Gentlemen:- We the undersigned your committee on Judiciary to whom was referred the Petition of C. B. Bagley and others, to extend the City Limits, respectfully report as follows:
We find that said petition is regular and complies with the requirements of law for such cases, and recommend that it be transmitted to the Hon. Corporation Counsel with instructions to prepare the proper ordinance for submitting the proposition of extending said limits, to the people in the manner provided by law.
