In the District Court of the Second Judicial District Court Of the Territory of Utah Beaver County, The People Etc, Plaintiffs against John D. Lee Defendant The people of the Territory of Utah send Greeting to Miss Emeline Clark, Washington Mrs. Hamilton, Widow of Samuel Hamilton, Harrisburg Martin Slack Toquerville, Jacob Hamblin, Kanab, may be found at St. George or some of the settlements on the way

WE COMAND YOU, That all and singular business and excuses being laid aside, you appear and attend before the Second Judicial District Court of the Territory of Utah, at a term of said Court to be held at the Court House in Beaver City on the 12th day of April, A.D. 1875, at 10 o'clock AM., then and there to testify in the above entitled action now pending in said District Court, on the part of the Defendants and disobedience will be punished as a contempt by the said Court.

WITNESS, Hon. J.S. Boreman Judge of the Second Judicial District Court in and for Utah Territory, this 20th day of March A.D. 1875 ATTEST, my hand and the Seal of said Court the day and year last above written.

The People of the Territory of Utah Send Greeting to Samuel Willis, Samuel Pollock, St. George formerly of Kanarraville Bishop Henry Sant, Cedar City John Hamilton, Sr. Fort Hamilton

WE COMMAND YOU, That all and singular business and excuses being laid aside, you appear and attend before the Second Judicial District Court of the Territory of Utah, at a term of said Court to be held aat the Court House in Beaver City on the 12th day of April, A.D.1875, at 10 o'clock AM., then and there to testify in the above untitled action now pending in said District Court, on the part of the Defendants and disobedience will be punished as a contempt by the said Court.
