The following officers are present, to wit: His Honor the Mayor H G Struve and Councilmen John Collins, O F Cosper, Chas F Clancy, Fred Gasch, Chas McDonald & U M Rasin. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: Petitions Rec'd From the Seattle Gas Light Co. proposing to furnish gas. Laid on the table. From S F Hoole for damages caused by change of grade on Washington Street. Referred to McDonald & Rasin. Ordered that teh matter of D Horton with referende to Seneca Street grade be & it is hereby referred to McDonald & Rasin. Reports Rec'd From Surveyor submitting Plans & Specifications for the Improvement of Pine Street from Front to the alley Between Front and Second Street under Ordinance No 421, thereupon after due examination the same are approved.
