Nov 17/82 Be it remembered that on thisthe 17th dayof November 1882 the Common Council of the city of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment. The following Officers are present to wit: His honor the Mayor H G Struve and Councilmen John Collins, Fred Gasch, Charles McDonald and U M Rasin. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: From Ching Jungfor the right to erect a Wash House on Lot 8 Block 6 of Maynard's plat. Referred to the Committee on Public buildings, Property and Grounds. From Moses Keezer for the right to construct a sidewalk on the West side of Fifth Street from Mill to Terrace Street Granted From F M Guye et al protesting against the construction of a sidewalk on Washington Street under Ordinance No 326 Referred to the Committee on Streets and Street Improvemants From Wm Campbell et al for increasing the salary of the Steward of the Engine House.
