From Moses Keezer for the right to construct a sidewalk on the West side of Fifth Street from Mill to Terrace Street Granted From F M Guye et al protesting against the construction of a sidewalk on Washington Street under Ordinance No 326 Referred to the Committee on Streets and Street Improvemants From Wm Campbell et al for increasing the salary of the Steward of the Engine House.
