Adopted & Judiciary & Legislative Committee instructed to submit a proper Ordinance. From Sisters of Charity et al for a sewer on Madison Street from 5th Street to the Bay. Referred to the Committee on Streets and Street Improvements. From Snig Veren Arion for the refunding of the amount of Concert License paid. Referred to the Committee on Licenses and Revenues. From Jacob Levy et al for street lamps onFront Street near University & Seneca Streets. Referred to the Committee on Gas Lights Reports Received From Health Officer submitting quarterly report. Referred to teh Committee on Health & Police.
