Adopted From Streets & Street Improvements recommending the granting of the petition of John H Carr et al for a side walk on the North side of Jackson Street fromthe West side of Eighth Street to the West side of 6th street. Laid on the table Application for Licenses Recd' From G Sohucke for Retail Liquor. Granted From Funk & Dickman for Grocery. Granted Claims Paid Fire Fund Anthony Holmes Coke No 94 $6.25 W A Perry Coke & Coal 95 10.00 Ordinances Received From the Judiciary and Legislative submitting an ordianance entitled "To provide for the levying and collecting of special tax for the purpose of raising funds to pay for the construction of a sidewalk on King Street under Ordinance No 302" Adopted upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper, Gasch, McDonald & Rasin; against adoption none From the Judiciary and Legislative submitting an ordinance entitled "To provide for the levying and collecting of a special tax for the purpose of raising funds to pay for the construction of a Sidewalk of Seventh Street under ordinance No 303" Adopted upon the following vote to wit: In favor of adoption Cosper, Gasch, McDonald, & Rasin.
