Nov 17/82 Be it remembered that on thisthe 17th dayof November 1882 the Common Council of the city of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment. We the undersigned property owners owning property abutting upon Washington Street hereby make the following proposition to the City of Seattle by way of compromise.
