Ordered that one half of all the receipts of licenses now placed to the credit of the City Fund be placed to the credit of the Road Fund. Ordinances The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance To fix the limits of the benefits an protection afforded by the contract for the supply of water made with the Spring Hill Water Company". Thereupon after due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption Frye, Harrington, Rinehart, Snyder, Latimer, Crockett & Graham. Against same none. The attorney submits an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance To assess and levy taxes for general and specila municipal purposes for the year 1885". Thereupon after due consideration said ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, to wit: In favor of adoption Frye, Harrington, Rinehart,Snyder, Latimer, Crockett &Graham. Against same none.
