Petition of W U Telegraph Co for reduction of assessed valuation of its property within the limits of the City of Seattle. Laid on the table. Petition of E F Lange for abatement of a nuisance in Jefferson Street Referred tp Street Committee.

From Puguet Sound Improvement Co praying that the Ordinance establishing the grade of Pike Street changed to conform with the present grade, read and referred to Street Committee. From Davidson & Grubb praying for permission to transfer liquor license from the Blue Front Saloon to the Villard House read & on motion granted. Petitonof J D Lowman for theopening of Eleventh Street from Columbia Street to Madison Street
