To th Honorable's The Mayor House of Delagates and Board of Aldermen of The City of Seattle Gentlemen Your petitioner would representThat he is a Teamster and had a one horse express wagon and is at this time using a license No 407- which was taken out by -Mr. Kinney- who authorized me to use same - and that on theis 24th day of Augut1891 - Your License Office ordered me to Cease business under Said Licensewherefore your petitioner prays that he may be allowed to persue hus Business on said License without molestation James F Bangs

Mr President: Your Committee on Licenses to whom was referred Petition of James F Bangs to run an express wagon on the license taken out by Mr Kinney beg leave to report favorable and that the applicant be allowed to run a wagon on said license until the expiration of the same.
