To the Common Council of the City of Seattle, State of Washington }Petition of }Antony Boulla

Petition States: That He is a resident of the City of Seattle and the owner of Lot 8, Block 37 of Boren's Addition to said City, together with the improvements thereon, which said lot is situated on the corner of Fourth and Terrace Streets in said City; that at the present time the grade of the said street is made higher than the level of the said lot, and petitioner states that he is informed and believes that said city intends adding to and widening the said grade; that petitioners said premises will be greatly damaged thereby unless some measure is taken by your Honorable Council to prevent the dirt used in the grading
