the estimate of the City Engr of the total cost of said Division St. Improvement is $35,042.04 of this, the amount is to be paid by abetting property owners is $29,598.15 and by the City $5,443.09.

Will you kindly, therefore, order inserted in the official papers, if in your judgement desirable, and which is hereby recommended, an advertisement embodying this Change of Estimate growing out of the new conditions.

Kelsey respecting damages claimed by him to Lot 7, Block 9, Syndicate Addition by reason of Earth from the grade of So. 14th St. banking up against his house. The following proceedings are had: The Board were called to order by H W Miller Clerk. Upon motion F. W. D. Holbrook was elected temporary President! Ordered that a Committee be appointed on Credentials. The Pres^t appointed Miller, Wilcox & Pontius and after examining the Credentials declared the following Gentlemen entitled to seats. W. D. Bogardus Geo W Hall F. W. D. Holbrook Moses Korn A. S. Miller Frank A Pontius W. A Snyder F. W Wald & F. N. Wilcox Upon a vote Geo W Hall was elected permanant President without opposition A Committee of three consisting of Miller Wald and Holbrook were appointed by the Chair on Rules and Order of Business:
