Seattle Sept 25 1891 To the Honorable Board of public works Whereas a petition of the freeholders of along Olympia avenue have petitioned your honorable body to vacate Clover Street in the City of Seattle and include a portion of said Street into Kinnears Park we the undersigned owners of Lots 18 and 19 Block 19 Geo Kinnear's addition to the City of Seattle do hereby agree to quit claim all our interest in and to the so vacated Street save and except the East fifteen (15) ft of said Street along lots 18 and 19 Block 19 Geo Kinnears addition when the said vacated Street is included in the area of said park and improved and fenced Given in our hands this 20th day of September 1891 John King Cora L.
