Pending which the matter of such consideration is laid over until Monday March 5, 1883 at 7&1/2 o'clock pm Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned until Monday March 5, 1883 at 7&1/2 o'clock pm for the special purposes of settleing with E W Rea Contractor the cnsideration of assessment rolls & the matters of grading Washington, South 2d & South 3rd Streets. Miscellaneous Ordered that the Treasurer by & is hereby requested to pay all warrants in favor of street laborers out of any monies not otherwise appropri-ated. From George Kinnear et al for a gas lamp corner 3rd & Spring Streets. Referred to Gas Committee. From Geo. R. Smith et al for a fish stand foot of Washington Street. Denied
