Gentlemen, The accompanying petition for the vacating of Clover St. adjoining "Kinnear Park", for the purpose of adding the greater portion of said vacated strip to the area of said Park, is transmitted to your Hon. Body, with plan and papers showing the intentions of the petitioners for your action. The proposition is recommended by this Board for open favorable consideration. By Order of the Board F. W. D.
