Adopted From Special Comtee on bids rejecting all bids on a/c of South 3rd Street Improvement under Ordinance No 399. Adopted Ordered that the Clerk be & he is hereby instructed to re-advertise for bids for said South 3rd Street Improvement; the bids for grading & Sidewalks to be separate from those for piling and Wharf building. From Health & Police on Health Officers report approving the same. adopted Ordered that the City Attorney be & he is herby instructed to submit an Ordinance to compel property owners in a certain District to connect with the Madison Street Sewer. Applications for Licenses The following applications for Licenses having been declared as approved by the Committee on Licenses & Revenue.
