Enclosed please find the application of Messrs J.G. Coolidge and James Brown, both wishing to hire the "Stone Meadow" for the year.

The terms to which Mr Brown offers are $25.00 for the pasturing season, to be paid in manure.

Respectfully referring the subject to your consideration.

Lots 1126, 1127_ error in _

Mr Curtis stated that it appeared from the Record of deeds of lots 1126 & 1127 belonging to the estate of the late James Brown & to C. C. Little, respectively, that the deeds were erroneously numbered, & suggested that some order be passed to correct the same. _

Referred to Mr Curtis _

Voted that the matter be referred to Mr. Curtis.

Report of Comee on Bye.Laws

The President, as Chairman of the Committee on Bye Laws reported a draft of the same in a compendious form; and it was

Ordered to be printed _

Voted that the Committee be requested to print the same, & that a copy be sent to each of the Trustees for examination. _

Lots - concerning space between _

The President also, as Chairman of the Committee on Grounds, to which was referred in October, the question what space shall be preserved between adjoining lots, reported some rules in respect to the same, which were ordered to be printed with the Bye Laws for further examination. _

The meeting was then dissolved
