20th Sent Toll wheat to Capt Gilberts mill^{by J D Owen} 6½ Bushels good for My own & Mr Neals 6 Bushe[ls] of my own nearly ½ Bush. for Mr. Neal 1 Bush of screan, 3 Bus. corn for meal 2½ for Owen & 1½ for Henry

21st Rented to John D Hunt Our Oak Hill Plantation, for 5 years on following Conditions He is to clear adjoining the field in 5 years 10 Thousand thousan Tobacco Hills ^{each year} fence in & Keeping up all the fencing outside take care of Houses etc etc take care of the spring & give me Twenty Dollars yearly due 25 Decr each year & Should I sell the place & wish him to give it up under 3 years he is only pay $15 a year
