361 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Sept 11/83 Roll for the Improvement of Fourth Street under Ordinance No 395 thereupon after due examination said Roll being found to be correct in every particular, it is ordered that the said Roll be & the same is hereby approved. And now the Council proceeds to examine and equalize the assessment Roll for the Improvement of Pine Street under Ordinance No 431; there upon after due examination said roll being found to be correct in every particular, it is ordered that the said Roll be & the same is hereby approved. Ordered that the Clerk be & is hereby instructed to notify the contractors for the Improvement of 4th Street under Ordinance No 395 and their surities on their bond for the same, to proceed to complete their contract for such Improvement forthwith, or failing therein that the Council will complete the same at the expense of said Contractors & surities.
