The meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m by Chairman Wong. Minutes read and adopted by Mr. K Chang, Mr. Tuck Yue, Mr. [Duong?], Mr. Tan, Mr. Bing Mr. Chang, + Mr. Haw. Following which president Wong expressed his hearty welcome in behalf of club. Treasurer read his report of the previous quarter and O.K.ed.
The minutes of the special meeting held at S.F. was read and approved.
Mr. Taam Wu made a motion to amend the constitution to have separate persons for president and House manager, seconded by Mr. Chuck & passed.
Election was opened: President nominees F.Y. Chuck 8 K.L. Chi. 2 H.C. Wong. 10 Elected
English secretary Y.D. Hahn 15 Elected H.D. Chew. 3
Treasurer Mr. K.L. Chi 14 Elected H.D. Chew 3 W. Taam 2
Chinese secretary W. Taam 11 Elected K.L. Chi 9 Mr. Taam's resignation accepted. Mr. K.L. Chi by virtue of second highest vote.

Meeting was called to order at 12:10 p.m. March 17 1923 Minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved by motion of Mr. Shen then seconded by Mr. Sah.
The question of inviting the Cosmopolitan Club to hold their meeting in our Club House was brought up for discussion. However Mr. Taam Wu made the ammendment that we invite the Cosmopolitan Club on a social program to be prepared by our members. The main motion as amended was passed by majority vote. Further it was moved that a committee of 3 composed of 2 members and the chairman be appointed to prepare the social.
The matter of exchange dinner between our Club and the Sequoia Club. It was moved and seconded to postpone the proposition till Conditions in the Club improve.
Mr. Chuck moved and Mr. Sah seconded that 1 chair be bought by every member all uniform size, 1/2 the price to be paid by the member, and the other half by the club, the title to belong to the Club.
Motion was made and carried that one person be elected to take care of the eating Club.

First Meeting, Autumn Quarter, 1923.
Oct. 2
The meeting was called to order by the President of the Summer Quarter. The new members, T.K. Chuan, K.C. Yang, W.P. Hsieh, T.H. Tsui, K.C. Shen, L.H. Bain, S.K. Wang, C.S. Huang, C.C. Wu, T.H. Cheng, R.C. Fang, & C.H. Chi were introduced and each made a brief speech. The President made a report of his administration during the Summer Quarter. The minutes of the last meeting was read. The report of the Treasurer for the Summer Quarter was submitted.
Nomination for the Presidency for the present Quarter was open and W. Taam and K.L. Chi were nominated. K. L. Chi was elected by a majority vote. Mr. Chi submitted his resignation and Mr. A.D. Chen was appointed to act as Chairman. The resignation was voted upon and not accepted. Mr. Chi submitted his resignation again, only to be refused once more. Then he took the chair. M. S. C. that the old constitution should be followed in the election of the other officers. The qualifications for offices in the constitution were read. The results of the election were as follows:-

Mr. Taam Wu submitted his resignation, which was not accepted. At this point, M. S. C. that the election of the members of the executive council, which will have no place in the revised constitution to be adopted, should be postponed.
The committee on the revision of the constitution represented by Mr. Faw Yap Chuck, its chairman, submitted its report. The revised constitution was adopted with a few changes. (amendments.)
