If it is the desire of yourself and the Crocker's to elect a new Secretary to take the place of the present one, same could be done without my co-operation. What do you propose doing for the present Secretary if a new one is chosen to take his place? I would prefer if a new secretary is to be chosen, that someone not connected with, or in the employ of the owners be selected. The Secretary for the Company could then serve all interests impartially and faithfully.
