Note- The salesman must ascertain and insert, under its proper head the required information concerning the number of Hammocks and Ventilation Hoods, if any such are embraced in this contract. Also, state the quantity of ventilation, sewer, and water pipe and hose required to be furnished in connection therewith, and give fullshipping insstuctions, and such other information as will enable us to complete our agreement saticfactorily.
