If under guardianship, the guardian should sign. --

I have at your request, changed the family name, in my catalogue.

Trustees _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on (having been postponed from the 2d inst. by the President, at the request of a majority of the Trustees.)

There were present the President and Messrs Austin, Cheever, Crocker, Livermore, Norcross, Rand & Read. ~

The record of the last meeting was read. _

In the following cases applications were received for the representation of lots of deceased proprietors, and the persons nominated were severally designated to represent the lots. _
