542 JOURNAL OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE Sept 22/84 to clean the mudoff Commercial Street and to gravel the same where necessary Ordered that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed to plank Mill Street from the Schwabacher alley to the East side of Front Street Ordered that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed to gravel where necessary to ready as passable in Front Street from Mill Street to Blanchard Street excepting one block between Bell & Blanchard Street which said block is to be planked for a width of 18 feet. All the foregoing to be done under the supervision & control of the Street Comtee.
