Ordered that Mrs Dodd & Mrs Schultz be & are hereby permitted to peddle about the City for 3 months without a license Orderline that Wm L. Referred to the Atty. A petition is rec'd from Walter Burritt for refunding $25.00 paid for a Grocery license, which license was refused. Petition of J J Hoffman for abatement of a nuisance existing at the corner of Fourth Street and Jackson streets read and referred to Committee on Sewers and Drainage. Communication from A A Bell asking that F W Wald be associated with him in the work of securing dedications from property owners along the line of Second Street, read, and on motion Mr. Wald is appointed to act with Mr Bell in securing such dedications.
