To the Mayor Board of Aldermen and House of Delegates of City of Seattle, Wash Gentlemen: I very respectfully petition that the assessment Rolls for the grading of Baker St under ordinance Nos 1395,1396,1397,1398 & 1399 be so corrected as to have stricken thereupon an assessment of $64.70 against Lot 2 of Block 8 of Prospect Terrace Addition. Said lot does not front on Baker St, is beyond the line of the middle of the block from Baker St and is in no way subject to any tax be reason of grading said Baker St. Dated at Sattle this 30th day of March 1891 Hans S Ellingson Owner of said Lot 2 Bk8 Prospect Terrace Additions
