Mount Auburn Cemetery
The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held in Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer St on to hear the reports of the Trustees and Treasurer, and to choose Trustees for the ensuing year.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was published more than seven days before the time of meeting in the Boston Daily Advertiser, and several other newspapers in Boston, the Proprietors met at the time and place therein named.
A quorum being in attendance, the Pres-ident Dr Jacob Bigelow took the Chair.
Records read _
The Secretary read the printed notification of the meeting, also the record of the last Annual meeting.
Trustees' Annual Rept
The President read the annual report of the Trustees, in print.
Treasurer's & Supts Annual Report
The Treasurer read his annual report; and that of the Superintendent, also in print.
Upon motion of Mr Thaddeus Nichols, Voted that the reports be severally accepted. _

In the following cases applications were received for the representation of lots of deceased proprietors, and the persons nominated were severally designated to represent the lots: _
Estes Howe, of Cambridge, son of Sarah L. Howe, late proprietor of lot numbered 24 to represent said lot.
Martha H. Smith of Boston widow of Jeremiah Smith late proprietor of lot numbered 95, to represent said lot.
Harriet Stone of Belmont, daughter of Leonard Stone, Late proprietor of lot numbered 319, to represent said lot. _
