Miss. M.A.P. Russell, Nahant, Mass.
Dear Madam:-
Your note is received. The only special work needed is the repairing of the sodding around three myrtle graves. That it might be well for you to order in person when you see the lot.
Respectfully yours,
Supt
John R. Fairbarn, Esq., #166 Cambridge St., E. Cambridge.
Dear Sir:-
We find in building the foundation for the new stone that the stone at the adjoining graves needs a proper foundation under it
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

Dear Madam
Your Letter of yesterday is at hand The price for the care of a Lot of 300 sq ft is 500 per an. I am not aware that any change has been made in the regular scale of prices. We have the orders signed by you for the care at this price and also for the expenditure of 400 for watering vases.
Our regular charge for watering a single vase is 1.50 but when there^are several vases in the same Lot we can do the work a little cheaper as we did for you. Although in a dry season like last summer the cost is more than the amount we secure.
If you wish the vases watered during the season of 1874 please notify us to that effect, at the same price as in 1873.
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt per Childs

Dear Sir,
I owe you an apology for seeming to neglect you so long in the matter of deed for Mrs A. Hemenway, but I have had an unusual pressure of business, besides being out of the State a short time.
However, I left the deed with the Treasr about a week since, that you might receipt for it on his books. I believe there is nothing due at the Treasurer's, at least, not on my account, but I send you a small bill for my services, which you can enclose to me at your convenience. --
Truly yours
