It was moved that the Club set a labor day at the end of each Quarter after the finals to clean the House. This was amended by adding that "some refreshment be provided on that day." Both the amendment and the motion as amended were carried.
It was suggested that provisions in the Constitution regarding the time of election of officers were "bunk" and several members expressed opinions that the Constitution should be revised. Finally it was moved and seconded and carried that a Committee be appointed to study the Constituion and recommend amendments. Messrs. F.Y. Chuck, H.J. Ho and H.C. Wong were appointed as members of the Committee.
The House Manager submitted a plan of the traditional Banquet, and besides the money collected for service that is available, he suggested that a sum of $1.50 be collected from each member except those receiving a degree during the academic year. This was voted upon and adopted. Finally the President appointed H.C. Wong and W. Taam to act as a Committee arranging for the Banquet.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 P. M.
