Noes none An ordinance is submitted by Councilman J Furth entitled ''An Ordinance governing the traffis in intoxicating liquors within the Ciity of Seattle" which after discussion is placed on its final passage and rejected by the following vote, Ayes J Furth, W A Harrington, Chas McDonald, J J Post & G W Young.
