Against adoption none. Miscellaneous Fifth St Grade cost of The Clerk submits the statement of Cost of Fifth Street Grade. Re-referred to Clerk to make correction. Comcial Mill & Front St planking The motion is made & adopted that the Street Commissioner be & is hereby instructed to complete the planking of Commercial, Mill, & Front Streets as originally ordered. In favor of said motion Latimer, Rinehart, Snyder, & Sox. Against the same Frye, Northrup, & Yesler The motion is made & adopted that is the sense of this Council that when the planking of Commercial, Mill & Front Streets is completed, that the same shall be paid for by a levy upon the abutting property as special assessment districts created for that purpose according to law & the ordinances of the City.In favor of said motion Northrup, Rinehart, Snyder, Sox.
